Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation in the prize draw organized by bruno banani underwear GmbH & Co. KG is free of charge and governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
Prize Draw Period
The prize draw begins on July 27, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on August 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the prize draw.
How to Participate
To enter the prize draw, the following steps must be completed:
- Follow our Instagram account (@brunobanani).
Tag one person in the comments.
Tell us in the comments why the two of you deserve a little getaway together.
Entries are only valid if submitted within the stated participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over who are residents of Germany.
Employees of bruno banani underwear GmbH & Co. KG and participating cooperation partners are excluded from participation.
The prize includes:
Two overnight stays for two people in the 5-star apartment "Kleine Freiheit" in Zingst, Germany.
Length of stay: 2 nights.
The stay will be arranged in consultation with the winner and is subject to the hotel's availability.
The following are not included in the prize:
- Travel to and from the destination.
- Meals and beverages.
- Additional on-site expenses (e.g. parking fees).
The winner will be selected at random after the prize draw has ended and will be notified via Instagram direct message. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
Data Protection
Data protection and privacy are particularly important to us. We naturally protect your personal data and collect and store it only in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. Please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy via the following internal link: Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will be deleted afterwards.
The organizer will not disclose participants' personal data to third parties without their consent. An exception applies to service providers commissioned to conduct the prize draw, who require the data solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
Participants have the right at any time to request information about the personal data stored by the organizer in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. They also have the right to request deletion of their personal data pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, and restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR.
Participants may also object to the processing of their personal data based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR under the conditions set out in Art. 21 GDPR.

TikTok accepts no liability for infringements of third-party rights, including trademark, copyright, personality rights, or intellectual property rights. Participants waive any claims against TikTok in this regard.
Applicable Law
Any questions or complaints regarding the prize draw must be directed to the organizer. Contact details can be found in the legal notice on the website. This prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the invalid provision. The same shall apply in the event of any omission in these terms and conditions.
