Ordering from Bruno Banani
Ordering in a few easy steps:
- Choose an item, select the desired color and size, and add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can access your filled cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner. Here, you can view your selected items, check the current stock status, adjust quantities, or remove items from the cart. If you prefer to process your order through your Amazon account, click on the "Amazon Pay" button. Otherwise, click "Proceed to Checkout" to order the selected items.
- If this is your first time ordering from the Bruno Banani Online Store, register as a new customer and fill in all the required fields truthfully. Your customer data will be saved for future purchases, allowing you to simply log in for subsequent shopping. Rest assured, we adhere to the current privacy policy and do not share your data with third parties. Alternatively, you can place an order without creating an account by selecting "No customer account" under 'New Customer.' Please fill in all required fields truthfully and click "Continue."
- Follow the remaining order process, choose your payment method, accept our terms and conditions, and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
- Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email from Bruno Banani. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, serving as the order confirmation. This completes the purchase agreement.
Order Value
Your order at the Bruno Banani Online Store is not subject to a minimum order value.
Sold-Out Items
Bruno Banani generally displays only products in the Online Store that are available. If an item is sold out in a specific color or size, it will still be displayed but cannot be currently ordered. However, you have the option to receive a notification by email when the item becomes available in the desired color and size. Simply select the preferred color and size and provide your email address. Please note that not all items may become available again, and we will delete your request after 3 months.
Order Modification or Cancellation
You can exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods (see cancellation policy). Further information on returns can be found here.

You can check the status of your order at any time through "My Account." Log in with your email address and password, and access the "Orders" section to review the status of your order. Click here to go to "My Account."
