Returns from within Germany

If you want to return something, please use the return label included in the package. Enter the corresponding quantity and reason for the return and place the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging along with the return label. Direct exchange of goods is not possible. You can return the item(s) and place a new order for a different color or size.

Return from Germany

Please affix the DHL return label included in the package to the shipment and take the package to the nearest branch of Deutsche Post.

Return from Abroad

For returns from abroad, the buyer is responsible for the return costs. Please package the item(s) to be returned with a copy of the invoice. Please affix sufficient postage to the package and send it to the following address:

Returning Items

Please avoid damage and contamination. Please return the goods preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging to avoid damage claims due to inadequate packaging.
Please note that these modalities are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

New Delivery

If you wish to receive a new delivery, for example, in a different size or color, please place a new order in our online shop. This way, you can immediately see if the desired item is still available. You can secure your copy immediately if there are only limited quantities in stock. Please do not include the request for a new delivery in your return package, as the desired item may be sold out by the time your package arrives.


Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount. Depending on the payment method, you will receive:
  • For online transfers and advance payment payments, a credit to your bank account from which the transfer was made.
  • For PayPal payments, a credit to your PayPal account. Whether the amount remains on your PayPal account for another purchase or is transferred back to your bank account is something you can decide on PayPal. We have no influence on this.
  • For payment with Amazon Pay, a refund via Amazon Pay.
