Upon handing over the goods to the courier, you will receive an email from us containing your parcel number for tracking.
Delivery Time
Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt. The delivery of your order currently takes place within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email when your goods leave our premises. This email will also include the tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment online. Delivery Address
Your delivery address can differ from your billing address, allowing you to have your goods delivered to your workplace, for example. You can enter your delivery address during the order process in the first step when entering your personal information. For subsequent orders, you can change it in your order overview.
We are happy to send your parcel to a parcel station. Please specify your desired parcel station as the delivery address during your order: Enter your post number in the address addition, "Packstation" as the street, and the Packstation number as the house number.
Shipment Tracking
Use shipment tracking to find out where your parcel is currently located. With the handover to the courier, you will receive an email from us with your parcel number, allowing you to inform yourself about the current status of the delivery at any time.
